Return & Refund Policy

At BBL&D Apparel, every piece is made with care. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached (if applicable)
• Original packaging required
• Receipt or proof of purchase required

To start a return, email us at bblndapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Address

Returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items are handled by our production partner and are automatically returned to the nearest fulfillment facility.

For all other eligible returns, we will provide the correct return address once your return request is approved.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately.
We will evaluate the issue and remake or replace the item at no cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale items
• Custom or limited-edition drops
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, or damaged items


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please start a return request. Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the item you want instead.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at bblndapparel@gmail.com.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (If Applicable)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.

Returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items are handled by our production partner and are sent to the nearest Printful fulfillment facility.

For all other returns, we will provide the correct return address during the return process once your request is approved.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
